Intermediate Cookie Class: Basic royal icing experience recommended
Skills taught:
- Icing Consistency - you will get to practice making your icing consistencies in class with my assistance and demonstration
- Wet on Wet
- Dimension
- Stenciling with Royal Icing
- Royal Icing Transfers
- Texture
- Basic Airbrushing
Each student will leave with 6 decorated cookies, icing recipe to try at home as well as a few other cookie decorating goodies. Cutters designed by LC Sweets will be available for purchase in class.
Lunch will be provided.
Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who also purchases a seat to participate.
Space is limited, first come first serve. Cancellations may be made up until 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the class for full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 2 weeks of the class will not be refunded. Please e-mail lydia@lcsweets.com for cancellations.
